Shipping Policy

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your custom-authored TED DVD to ship. Once your DVD has shipped, we estimate the following transit times for your DVD to arrive:

Domestic (USA and Canada):

DHL Expedited Service via UPS Mail Innovations (Delivery within 3 to 5 business days after shipment date)

UPS Ground

UPS 2nd Day

UPS Next Day Air (Delivery within 1 business day after shipment)

International:

USPS International Mail (Delivery within 2 to 3 weeks)

Note:  USPS International Mail is not trackable.

UPS Worldwide Expedited (Delivery in 2 to 6 business days to most countries, Trackable)*
